Not Better than NetZero

I like IBM Internet the most. It is the one I use most frequently. It is really easy and fun to use.

Best Pay Service out there. Never any problem connecting anywhere in the world (from US to Asia to Europe). Connection speed is good.

I've never gotten a busy signal, I generally connect at close to 50k, and their customer support was pleasant and efficient the one time I had to use it. They also seem to have many US phone numbers and even quite a few international. They seem to be in some kind of deal with AT&T; not sure if this will change their service. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is that there are now so many less expensive (or "free") services.
