ZERO STARS!!!! Absolutely horrible company and customer service. I hope this company goes under. I tried to sign up for service and to no avail, but they started billing me as if I had the service. I called the company 4 times and was told all 4 times that the problem would be resolved and I would be reimbursed. Neither happened. I even wrote to the CEO Howard Jonas. His lack of response matched that of his employees. I heard nothing, even though the receipt from the post office showed the company received it and my letter showed the names of everyone I spoke with and the dates and what the problem was. I would stay away from this company. Now I have a mark on my credit report which I am having to fight for these erroneous charges and a collection agency is sending me notices.

Nasty letters sent by company for very small balances. Extremely long wait times. Beware!
