Also, they fuss about how much you use their service, even if you are paying $19.95 for unlimited service. And, then they threaten to close your account because of the number of hours of usage. Sometimes, the first disconnect message will come up before you have been on-line for 30 minutes. They do not respond to customer complaints sent via their e-mail address.
