DR. Move is such a bad service, I will never recommend any one.

Our move was scheduled at 5:00 pm on Friday , they never called to say they are running late, when we called at 6:30 they said they are late and will be there at 9:00 pm.

We requested to keep us informed, but they never, it was 10:00 , 11:00 , 12:00....every time I tried to call they put us on answering machine they never returned back and when I called them next day in the morning they said they will move us first , and then again no status update....

At 11:00 am on Saturday they said they are not sure when they can move us.....! this was the hight! horrible... They are not at all professional....

In Addition to this they charged me $150 for deposit and they said they will not refund my deposit!

After talking hard they finally agreed to return back my deposit.. we asked to send confirmation email, they never, as usual. Finally I had to call them to check deposit refund status, they said they will do it tomorrow! I am not sure when I will get my deposit back!

Dr.Move -- "We heal the pain of Move" , I would say Dr. Move -- "Dr. Move will send you the Real Doctor, to get your moving pain treatment at your own cost"

My excitement to move in my new home was Over with Dr. Move's pain....and finally I got some another movers on Saturday evening !

Horrible. They made our move a nightmare. They were late. They left things. They took apart a bed that they could not put back together. They did not cover or protect furniture.

They dragged a $5000 table (uncovered) across the pavement. Competely ruined it. We asked for repair costs. They offered us $60. A joke.

The repair and replacement costs to us from all the damage they did was far more than their moving costs. AND I had to move all the stuff they left behind.

I just used Dr. Move to move my Home from Flower Mound to Southlake TX.
The movers came with a very clean moving truck and had all the necessary tools to handle my furniture and some expensive Artwork. Every piece of furniture was covered with pads and they took very good care of it.
My wife was very happy that the movers disassembled all of our beds and disconected our appliances like our washer and dryer and refrigerator and put it back together once at the new home.
The movers seemed to have a good attitude all the time, which was surprising because we were moving under 103 degree weather!!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Move as a good, honest and proffesional moving company.
