One review says Now newbies can be webmasters...great! That's like saying, Now women can vote...great! or Now blacks can sit in the front of the bus...great! or Now the people on the east side of Berlin can travel to the west side of Berlin...great! Just because you find learning html fun and exciting, don't force the rest of us to do it if there's an automated alternative. That's like feeling smug walking from Chicago to Detroit and belittling all the newbies doing 75 on I-94. Go for it!

The best program in the Office suite. Still has some security issues from being MS Office material, but I can't think of a better prog for webpage building.

Front Page is by far the best choice if you need to create a web site, have limited time to learn a program, and don't want to spend a fortune. I highly recommend it. It may very well be the best product Microsoft has ever created. Although Front Page has been my web editor of choice since it was introduced nearly 7 years ago, I recently switched to JP Namo Web Editor 6.0 which offers a more robust kernel, and allows for greater integration with third party components.

I still can't figure out how to send my files to the folder I want. I have to go in after I publish new content with a separate FTP program. Oh well. FrontPage also has some real limitations when it comes to laying things out.. but its decent for getting started. I used it for the site I publish at www.free-thinking.com. Please visit!

Front Page adds too much extraneous code into pages. They're so hard to edit once you've put them together.
