I used these guys for several years doing simple tax returns. They were great until last year 2008. I had moved to a different state the year before and filed all 3 returns with H&R Block.

The form was more confusing than the actual tax form and even after I spoke to a representative asking what their form meant they told me they could not provide me with tax advice. This was not tax advice I was asking for, it was clarification on what their confusing form was asking for.

After some reluctance, the representative said that my assumption about the meaning was in fact correct, so I wrote in the values for deductions. After having transmitted my return to the IRS, only then was I allowed to see the ACTUAL 1040 form that was generated. After a quick scan it was quite obvious to me that I had double reported deductions.

H&R Block was not willing to give a refund for messing up my tax return, in addition I had to manually file an amended tax return to correct the error H&R Block caused due to poor design and poor customer service.

In conclusion, I will NEVER use these jokes for a tax agency again. You would be smart to stay FAR, FAR away from them.
