The design of the phone is really good. It's slim and fits easily and pockets (a little too heavy for shirt pockets) and dedicated compartments in backpacks. You can customize the appearance of the background in any number of ways, as well as play around with the layout, wallpaper, ringtones, etc. The keyboard is way too small. I have small hands and still have trouble typing out an e-mail or a text message. The Windows operating system could use some MAJOR tweaking. I have had to exchange the phone twice because the system crashed. The battery life is good and the phone charges fairly quickly.
