Gamespot was always visually well done and easy to use. I still use the site to this day when I want to look at ratings.

I don't really understand why the make you pay for some game clips. But i relaly like the ratings and previews of the games

Gamespot is the worst gaming site on the net.I mean at one time it was all right you could watch videos for free and now you have to pay for it.That really aint the problem though.the problem are their reviews they have the worst reviews of any gaming sight or gaming mag for that matter.I learned to never go by their reviews on any game because they must have a bunch of idiots rating this games.So people if your looking to find out info on a game go somewhere else anywhere.Gamespot in just one word sucks and they are getting worse every year.

This site has gone way down. In terms of navigation and user ability. They now make you pay to see new information when it used to be free. It can be very hard to find exactly what you are looking for. The change the website layout to often. Finally, more and more pop ups are beig added to the site.

Though I'm not always crazy about the re-designs of Gamespot's website, for a mere $4.00 a month I believe it is I pay, I have access to countless reviews and previews of past, present, and future games of all consoles, downloadable demos for most of those games (there's no waiting time) and a host of other features. I can even submit reader reviews for certain games or express my opinions on boards. Great website; the ONLY gaming website.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. This once excellent site has become another moronic pay-site, and you can't even read some of the NEW stuff without paying. Go with IGN, N-Philes, Planet GameCube and other free sites instead!

always has comprehensive information on every game i'm looking for. intelligent and enlightened reviews. their columnists really know their stuff.
