I have one of these as a hand me down from my father who having liked it and used it a ton without any complaints said it was starting to give him problems. Some unfound thumping and an inability to recognize the paper tray, or that there was paper in the tray. So thankfully it came my way with a "maybe it'll work for you" and thankfully it does! No thumping and no recognition problems just crisp clean printing.

I have had very good experiences with my InfoPrint. It is a good, easy to use printer.

My friend had this printer and she said it was okay. It was also good quality, but she said she had trouble one day when she needed to turn in a paper, so she decided to buy another printer.
