Epson scanner is very smart. Easy to work. Gives quality scanning of images. Easy to use, high resolution & durable.

I haven't found anything wrong with this scanner, except that there are too many screens in the "Smart Panel". Usually I don't want to scan more than one page, so I use the TWAIN module, which is very well designed and has plenty of features.

EPSON PERFECTION installed easy and is working great. Just a side note: Had to return a different manufacturer's scanner because I could never get it to work. Spent hours! Even though the manufacturer said it would work with Windows ME (via telephone support), it never said it on the box. Before buying anything, hardware or software, do your homework! Remember Windows 98 is not Windows ME.

We used to have one of these at the office. They are very hard working printers. Easy to install and run. The scanner gives you different selections for resolution and the usage is easy.

All around scanner, for home applications. Compatible with almost all photo programs. High resolution, many image control options. Epson's scanners are worth the price!

Another scanner that I have found to work well. But, the drawback here, I've had problems with crashing during the scanning process.

This scanner has good resolution- 1200x2400. Easy to use software. Good manufacture and easy to install.

I have an Epson Perfection scanner and I really love it. It's fast and the quality output is awesome. Compared to other scanners, it's far better.

Very fast scanner (I have the SCSI version). Scans come out very crisp and you can scan at a very high resolution. A very well built/durable scanner. Good scanning software too.

The name says it all. The scanner was set up in about 5 minutes on a G4 with NO problems. The pictures are gorgeous and it was so cheap! I highly recommend this scanner (specifically the 1200U). Epson once again blows away the competition.

I love the Epson Perfection Series scanner. It is easy to use, comes out sharp with detailed images. I use it daily in my digital image work.

My best friend has an Epson scanner and it works great. It's a lot better than mine, and mine is a Sony. She said it was pretty cheap.

I use a perfection at home. It scans real fast and scans real vividly. Has some shortcut button that I configured to run photoshop. Metal base. Very durable. Don't scan dictionaries though, it'll bend.

Epsons are more compatible with Mac's. I've experienced some conflicts with Canon scanners.

The detail and color are even better than photography!! Scans fast and loads easy.

When purchasing a scanner, I want one that is fast and that is at least a 36 bit scanner. I have a four year old Epson Perfection scanner that I paid $300 for, and it still scans better than my parents UMAX or the Mustech they have.
