The Deskpro series is a pretty nice PC, but like all things it has its bad side too. The Deskpro FREEZES way, way too much. Pesonally, the letters you are seeing now were typed from a Compaq MV520, and like the Deskpro freezes too much. Thanks Dustin Clouatre

People using this brand have had problems with bizarre software conflicts between virus protection programs and other applications. Also, upgrading the system can completely screw it up. The computer couldn't find its CD-ROM, halved its RAM, and wouldn't read one hard drive after all the components were installed.

Good, easy use, reliable computer. Offers all the amenities needed in modern computers for home and office in a simple, easy to use manner. Excellent customer service 24 hours a day.

This Compaq Deskpro series is no good because if you add a CD-RW drive sometimes it won't work. Also, this Deskpro freezes a lot. These computers are also very slow.

Compaq is the fast food chain of the computer industry, and the computers are assembled as such. Good tech support though.

Responsible for setting up users with Compaq Deskpros. For the most part I never had any problems. I would recommend this to businesses as well as home users.

It's great so far. It has several programs worth the memory capability. Overall, it suits my needs as a full time student at a junior college, although I'm thinking of moving up to a laptop. It just seems easier to handle.

The high price for this desktop is not worth it for the computer. It is hard to upgrade. My friend has one and it breaks down all the time.
