This computer is the best one I have ever owned. It has a 1 GHz processor, and, WOW, is it fast! I have tried other computers that are similarly equipped to this one, but this one leaves them in the dust. The user friendliness is great, but I am not sure about the customer technical support -- I have never had to use it.

The best of the Micron Series have had very good options for maxing out your computer in selecting your options
