Anyways, I cannot believe that anyone would review this product without mentionning the awful battery life (on the E-11 anyway). It does do what it is suppose to. However, it is out office that I need this product, aproblem when the battery is consistantly out.

 | EdAl5712et (0) 04/05/2000 | Great. Two years ago, I was handed one of the first 100 production units of the earliest Cassiopeia, the ol' grayscale E10, to shake & break for a year. Within a week, I had ditched my Palm Pilot and carried the E10 with me everywhere. At the time, Outlook wynch with the Palm saw kludgey at best; the Casio was a dream come true. MS always seems to be one step ahead with features, but one step behind with the general handheld market. Like HP, they're great followers. They let the early adopters identify the sweet spot, then jump in and exploit it to everyone's benefit. Smart. Now that I've upgraded to the color E100, I couldn't be happier. The 16MB standard memory pleney, the features are rich, and the add-on features (Xircom flash modem card, bTask task manager sw, audio channels, web browser etc.) work like a jet. Talk about productive: I made more money on vacation this year than during work hours! I was at a ski condo whose business services, sadly, consist of a fax machine. They kindly let me borrow the line, though, to dial my ISP with the E100, respond to a RFP, negotiate and close a million dollar deal - between ski runs!

Watch out for Bluetooth, Microsoft.

 | cobu761et (0) 11/03/1999 | My Casio does everything I would want it to do. I find it easy to search, organize a day, and enter and change names, addresses, etc.
