Why would you buy something off the internet if you don't know what kind of quality it is? I think that this is the biggest factor, other than price. You usually get what you pay for when you go by price on the internet, unless it is the same product, same mfgr., just a different price.

I usually already know what I'm getting when I buy from the web, so I don't think it's really an extra factor.
