I made a reservation and got an email saying that because it was a reservation with less than 48 hours, I needed to call the number Toll Free 1-800-447-1955. I called and spoke to a person that identified himself as JASON. Well, he asks me what is the itinerary and since I received the email asking me to call the number, I assumed that the person who gets the phone call is aware of the reservation,so he asks me all the questions from the website and he gets VERY ANGRY with me saying that I did not speak english and complaining about European Customers and HANG UP!!!!! YES, he HUNG UP!!!!!!!!! I called again and ask him to speak with his boss and he said: I AM THE BOSS. Now I tell: Is this a way of dealing with customers? I bet that 90% of his custumers are people from outside the US. How can someone feel happy with a treatment like this? This guy is a stupid and is a shame for the company. Congratulations, 1 LESS customer for you!
