Real alexandrite jewelry and great customer service. I tried Mark Henry on the cruise, but their peices doesn't look like in the brochure at all. The entire process from choosing the ring online, to ordering and receiving it was excellent. It takes a lot to impress me and they did it! Most important - it was a perfect alexandrite engagement ring. Simply perfect!
