Outstanding service

I had to move through win van lines movers last week and they offered me outstanding service. Their service was awesome and appreciable. The crew were very helpful and polite. They packed and unpacked the items with most care and patience. The pick up was on time and delivered the goods on time. The mover and his crew did an exceptional job packing my furniture to make sure there were no damages. I would definitely recommend this company again. Recently I have moved with WIN Van Lines from California to Philadelphia. The move was pleasant and comfortable. Usually moving is a stressful job but in my case it was smooth just because of the MOVERS I hired.
They were on time packed everything and left the place spotless by the end of the day. Delivery was also on time.
I strongly recommend WIN Van Lines.
One suggestion to all who are moving please read your contract carefully and understand all the terms and conditions thats the important work before moving.

Very good service. Caring and the workers are well-mannered. Efficient and well-priced company. They have great workers whom you can trust come into your home and help. We moved out of our 4-bedroom house that we lived in for more than 22 years and the consideration and work that they provided was excellent. I would recommend them to anybody who is timid about moving or even the very experienced people who have moved many times. This company is held to the highest rating in my eyes. With summer coming around the men have humid/hot weather to work in, I could only imagine how miserable it has to be, yet they are still working to their best when sweating and dehydrated. GREAT MOVING COMPANY. I WOULD ONLY CHOOSE THIS ONE!

They came in and immediately started moving boxes. They did not play around and they did not talk on their cell phones. They began working when they stepped in the door and they got the job done. The quote was right on. All fees were explained up front. They did not try to cheat me and I felt very comfortable with them moving my stuff. I called the owner and told her they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They were extremely professional and I wish I had 2 more hands to give them 4 thumbs up.

I received quotes from several companies and ultimately selected Win van lines moving company. No specific reason behind it. I was really impressed by their professionalism and their persistance to get to the customer.The quotes were not that cheap as well but the reason for posting a positive review is to let others know about their service. They were really good with their work. No complaints for the service. I would recommend them to any one .Thank you Win van lines

STAY AWAY FROM WIN VAN LINES moving company.

I used this company to move from CA to NC. Here are just a few of the problems that I encountered with them.
I paid an extra $500 to have 2 statutes hard crated. They were not & one of them was damaged. I paid to have certain items that were disassembled at pick up put back together at delivery. The delivery person refused. I was given an estimate of $511 for packing materials. Only AFTER everything was packed and loaded on the truck did the foreman tell me that packing, which is an additional charge from the mvoing, would be $5770!...not a typo. The total cost of my move turned out to be $5000 OVER what they told me it would be.
The delivery person would not provide me with a delivery invoice. Items are still missing (2 boxes, 2 ladders and a Canon printer). Without this invoice I cannot file any sort of insurance claim.
I called and emailed Win Van Lines numerouse times and they totally ignored me. It was only AFTER I filed a complaint with the BBB did they pay attention to me. Check this out: With everything that I have stated above, this company wants me to settle with them for $379.00 (costs of the ladders and printer). They are NOT to be trusted. They come up with any and every excuse not to accept any sort of responsibility or accountability.

PLEASE, PLEASE be wary of this moving company. Dont experience the moving nightmare that I did!
