This is a Barbadian mustard-based mild-medium hot sauce, rather similar to Baron West Indian Sauce. It has a thick consistency, and there is a good amount of pepper flesh in it. The heat appears to vary from batch to batch, so a bottle can be either very mild or rather hot. I use it to replace mustard in burgers or in anything else where I would use mustard but want a bit of a kick.
