its nice if you love animals and he loves animals...plus I think most men love dogs and those who don't, yeah it kinda is a turn off for me, and a sign that he is not a well runded man--not sure why-- but overly lovey, that can be too much--there is a limit and he shouldn't love the animals more then me.

If you are an animal lover and the person you are seeing is not, it probably would be better all the way around to break it off right away, because you can almost be guaranteed at some point and time this very issue will stand in the way of a relationship. It's better to find someone that you have things in common with. It's not all that hard to do if you don't get in a hurry.
