Star Bajan Pepper Sauce 4

This is a mustard-based mild-medium sauce. The texture is very thick, and I had to spend some time in trying to coax the sauce out of the bottle. The mustard flavour is very noticeable and the sauce is not at all vinegary. It has plenty of pepper seeds and flesh in it. At first I detected virtually no heat at all, but after a while it kicked in. Very tasty, but leaves slightly bitter aftertaste.
