He was amazing in his prime. He might have been truly the best reciever in the NFL then. His 116 reception, 1636 yard season in 1999 was about as good as any season a wide reciever has enjoyed. He also enjoyed an unbelieveable total of 9 different 1000+ yard seasons. It is undeniable though that his production has began to dip and he is far from the standout player he was in '99. I'll give him a 3, but let it be known I don't think time will be kind to him for too much longer.
