 | lbrjack (0) 05/14/2004 | This statement is flat out NOT TRUE! WOMEN ARE ALLOWED ON THE COURSE and they are also allowed to PLAY THE COURSE and often do. So please get your facts correct before shooting off your mouth!

 | USSGA player (0) 04/13/2004 | Great course, but it is all about a tournament not the game of golf. It is beautiful but overrated.

 | nmysz (0) 03/02/2004 | I agree with Teamfed. This is a private club so they should be allowed to set their own rules. I don't hear any of you feminists bitching about the all female golf club of Toronto. The course is the most beatiful in the world, including Pebble Beach. Every year this club hosts one of the greatest golf tournaments in the world, and does so without commercial interuption. Need I say more.

 | Teamfed (0) 12/16/2003 | Women should not be allowed on such a beautiful course lythic. This is the site of the masters...not the masterettes!

 | lythic (0) 02/05/2003 | Does not allow women on it's course, or to become members. Few more sexist organizations exist in the USA. It is not clear why they dislike their wives and daughters so, but it is a private club, so if you feel that women are too unworthy to be allowed to touch a golf club, this is the course for you.

 | charliethetuna (1) 02/07/2002 | Picture the most beautiful place on Earth. Then go to Augusta during the first week in April. The flowers in full bloom, the rolling hills, the gentle movement of water in Rae's Creek.
And, to think you'll also find the most knowledgeable and appreciative golf spectators this side of the Atlantic.
And, then there's the course itself. There's no rough. Only about 20 sand traps. Lots of opportunities for birdies and eagles.
But, make 1 mistake on the short little 12th! Miss the pin 20 feet left on 16 on Sunday! Knock it past the pin on 18 on the last day.
The, we'll see what kind of player you really are.

 | kingbuster (0) 07/12/2001 | The purest form of Classic American golf with beauty blended with subtle yet demanding features. No sheep grass or wallows here, no roads to hit over, another example of how Americans can take an idea from Europe and improve it.

 | upchuck (0) 12/07/1999 | probably the most well-maintained and scenic of the major golf courses, and to set foot on the grounds is legendary

 | Munson (7) 10/30/1999 | I went to the Masters several years ago and couldn't believe how beautiful the course is. The fairways are better than any green I have ever putted on.
