 | maximumK2004 (0) 10/15/2004 | As far as individual player stats are concerned, they should've won the Stanley Cup about 5 times in the past 10 years. However, Ted Leonsis is a fool for having done everything he's ever done (especially heading up AOL). He blows all of his money on superstar players and then doesn't hire a coach that can bring those superstars together. Olie Kolzig would be right up there with Brodeur, Roy, and Hasek if the team actually had a concept of defense.

 | WarGamefan93 (3) 09/24/2004 | Could we get a big, large yawn for one of the worst NHL teams of all time? The team really needs talented players. BUT DON'T TAKE STEVIE Y!! But I really like their jerseys. All of their jerseys are pretty cool.

 | Rusty (0) 09/10/2001 | Never thought much of this squad, except when Dale Hunter cheap-shotted Pierre Turgeon after the play and after the whistle blew. After that incident I decided I didn't really care for them. Not only that, but for years they were a poor playoff team. Sort of like Buffalo until recent years. Their coach, Ron Wilson, is a smart cookie, but he has an annoying tendency to piss and moan about any little call that goes against his team. He reminds me of the guy in class who would intentionally hold up the rest of the day until he proved the etymology and correct pronunciation of "tomato" and wouldn't be satisfied until everyone, including the teacher, acknowledged that (s)he was right.
