They play in the WCHA, which as everyone knows, is the toughest conference in all of college hockey. Denver, MN, WI, CC to name a few, and we have to play them a couple times each year. They are the pride and joy of a small state.

 | aflx (0) 06/12/2002 | Actually, the University of Michigan has 9 championships.... BUT, North Dakota has maintained a high championship-caliber hockey team since the 1940s, and that's something that no other college can claim... North Dakota has also sent more players to the NHL than any other college hockey program. Great tradition and great fans. Also has the great fortune of playing in the most plush hockey facility in the world. I'm not exaggerating: www.ralphengelstadarena.com
