07/04/2006 | Congrats for one terrific listing. . .Stevie Y was a HOF player for one franchise- quite rare in our modern sports world. . .he could hit, skate, score, and sell tickets if you asked him. . .a classic NHL player who will be missed by all fans- after all, the Red Wings have ruined more than one day for me. . .

WHY DO SOME PEOPLE RATE 1 STAR AND THEN IN THEIR COMMENTS THEY SAY HE WAS A GREAT PLAYER. WHAT THE HELL????

07/23/2005 | you will never find a more emotional leader than steve yzerman. after watching him play through the pain in the 2002 playoffs was one of the moments in sports i will always remember. what a great captain. go wings!

02/06/2003 | Best captain in the NHL, hands down. Consistent scorer in a defensive system. Let's not forget he's scored over 100 points 6 times and once had 65 goals to go along with 90 assits in a season.
