It's a shame he was traded. He was with Anihiem for a long time. Hes a good player, I wont deny that. He plays from the heart.

I absolutely love Pauk Kariya! He's is the greatest hockey player! The hottest and most talented one at that...he can stick handle, score, and is just too cute!and he's CANADIAN! GO KARIYA!!!

I used to think hockey was a dumb jock sport until i saw Paul Kariya in action. He is such an amazing player; he's the reason i luv hockey!!!!! it doesnt hurt that he's totally gorgeous either . . .

Kariya is the most AMAZING,INCREDIBLE player I have ever seen in my entire life! He sure knows how to score.He is very fast and has good hands. He handles the puck extremely well.He seems as if he's always in the right place at the right time. Kariya is the sexiest man alive!!!!!

Are we rating him for this year or for all time? This year isn't very flattering. Sykora and Oates have not made him shine that much brighter. He's on pace for about a 78 pt. year. Better than last year's bust at 57-- with a weaker cast around him, admittedly-- but he has no excuse for scoring under 40 goals this year. So far, it looks like he'll be hard pressed to meet his 32 of last year. Gut check time for this guy.

Incredibly talented is the right choice of words. He's really got it all, speed, accuracy, and great puck handling skills. It's too bad he hasn't had much help since Selanne to show off his skills. He now has Petr Sykora and that has really made a big difference in upping Kariya's exposure for the truly great player he is, and it's also making a difference for the Ducks this year.

He is silky smooth and incredibly talented. He is adept at putting the puck in the net and is fortunate to have a great finisher in Selanne. He has also come back strong and erased many of the doubts following his concussion.
