 | Golfballmagnet28 (0) 09/05/2005 | Andy Murray should be rated as one of the top 3 or 4 NHL coaches. He has one of the most brilliant hockey minds I have ever seen in a coach. He kept the Kings in the hunt for the playoffs even though they were shattered by injuries. It was not until the last week of the seaon they were out of the hunt. Andy Murray is also one of the most prepeared coaches for any situation on and off the ice. He also caters to his players bettter than any coach I have ever seen. Andy Murray is the kind of coach that can take a good team and make them great.

 | B1BOBDORNAN (0) 01/22/2001 | Murry does shift his players around a lot, but so do all NHL coaches. They have a much deeper bench this year, with additions like Shcnieder, Visnovsky, Belanger and Buchberger. Last year, both Buchberger and Emerson didn't really gel with the team as they are this year. Smolinski is hot and Palffy is, as usual, very affective since returning. He did the right thing by getting rid of 'mini me' Blake and now needs to shuffle off Johnson and Modry. This team is going to the playoffs and has the bench, maybe not goaltending, to make it to the second round. LIGHT 'EM UP LA KINGS. And another thing, just pay Blake, the guy is worth $9 million and a luxury box.

 | Munson (7) 12/18/1999 | There was just a write-up about him SI and he seems like a good coach. A former high school coach (just last year), he has transferred the same type of enthusiasm to the NHL. After two very bad losses this week, we'll see how quickly the Kings can recover.
