I use zilla fluorescent tube lights from their desert series and I find them to give adequate uvb because my adult and juvie bearded dragons are pretty active and appear healthy since I started buying them last year. I also like how the side of the box has the uvb index chart that tells me exactly how many microwatts of uvb my beardies will get at what distance from the bulb.

My boyfriend got me into reptiles recently. When I got my first bearded dragon I didn't know what to buy so he told me to get these. He's had reptiles for years and told me he tried these new UV lights that met up to his expectations. So I bought them and I am glad I did. They make my beardy look beautiful and he is very healthy so I know he is getting the amount of UVB and UVA that it needs. I say get these lights for your desert herp!
