I wouldn't take Jreel as a credible source. My experience for the past 15 years is that Sonya Molhol is by and large the most feared landlord tenant attorney in State of California. Her grasp on rental laws is unmatched! She is the equivelant to a pittbull on steroids when faced accross the court room by any landlord, both her negotiation abaility coupled with her letigation experience sets her above and apart from all others in her niche. Ms. Molhol is my only recommendation for this type of law and what's best of all - she rarely represents Landlords against tenants.

She is the best person for your case. I had a really complicated case and she was fearless in her approach to protect my rights. She is honest and caring. I would recommend her first if you have legal concerns in Real Estate. She will not let you down.

Sonya is a wonderful and caring attorney.  She went to court for me and proved to the judge that my landlord was lying and I got to stay in my apartment.  If you are a tenant she will do a great job for you!!!  She told me there was a fake review about her from several years ago that said something about the Bible.  She said she never had a client by that name--it was put up sour grapes by a landlord she beat.

If you do go to court, DO NOT hire Sonya Molho as your lawyer. She will cash your check, then ignore your case. She is a fraud of the worst order, she even quotes the Bible, then drops the ball, then yells at you for asking her to do what you paid her to do.
