east to west runner. great vision. speed like no other. he fumbled but look at his other stats. he was not only fast but quick. Only person who reminds me of him is cadilac williams.

Ranks above Emmitt as best Cowboys rusher of all time...

Really underrated when talking about alltime RB. Nobody turned on the speed like Dorsett. The greatest breakaway runner i ever saw.

Awesome running back in college and just as great in the NFL. Helped the Cowboys continue their dynatsty in the 70s and more so in the early 80s. Remember the 99 yard run in Minnesota?

one of football's shining stars on both the college and pro field. Sure he fumbled alot but he also carried the ball quite a bit as well. I agree that Dorsett was the shining star on alot of average at best Cowboys teams in the 1980's. Still, he was exciting to watch.

Just another of a long line of great cowboys to take the game to another level. Tony is an underrated running back(for a Hall of Famer) and produced alot on an average 80's cowboy team.

An elusive, lightening fast runner, but man did he fumble a lot.
