This man is a sham, and, worse, is a bad football coach. Skipped over being a coordinator, jumping straight from position coach to head coach. Does not know how to game plan. Can not recruit. Is not as upstanding as the media portrays him. He will drive Washington into the ground.

You are right that this guy isn't the greatest coach ever... but he can coach and he does more with less than most. If he coached at Alabama the last 8 years he would have a national championship by now...
