Rumson, Bolling & Associates helped me with two stubborn ex-clients of mine. These guys refused to pay even though my company did exceptional work for them. I had made several phone calls and attempts to reason with them and get some kind of payment on these invoices. They tried to say I did fraudulent work, then they one said that our work was not up to standards, etc. I did my absolute best I could but I needed help. I contacted the staff at RBA to help me collect on these two cases of mine. Because of the circumstances I decided to sign onto RBA’s forwarding fee contract, I got to send 4 cases of mine into litigation for about $3,000. RBA was extremely tough on my debtors, I could tell by the hateful voicemails I received because I was trying to collect on previous clients of mine. RBA was extremely stern on my position to get money back and they did just that. RBA is taking one client to litigation. RBA has done exactly as they said they would and I would love to continue using them in the future.

I have been looking for a good collection agency for awhile and a family friend referred me to Rumson, Bolling & Associates. I looked them up online, and found some very positive and some negative things about the company. Every complaint they had on the Better Business Bureau’s website seemed to be handled very well, and the complaints on some other sites such as ripoff report, seemed just a little radical. So we decided to do business with RBA, signed the contracts and they started collecting. Had a few bumps in the process but any time you are trying to get money from someone who screwed you over it’s not going to be something simple. Glad we got the referral and glad we could do business with them.

Rumson, Bolling & Associates seems to be handling our situation with care. I recently handed them a judgment that needed to be taken care of ASAP. They sent the debtor to court and from what I hear and see they are making progress. I'll update if anything changes but as now they have given me exceptional service.

I contacted Rumson, Bolling & Associates about a debt letter that was sent to me. I got some flak from some of their staff, so I turned to my lawyer and we disputed the debt. The RBA staff were pretty tough and aggressive however they did not break any laws or over cross any boundaries. To be honest, I really liked what I saw from Rumson, Bolling & Associates, I contacted their staff in order to get some accounts collected on. They offered me standard contingency type collection contract or I could sign on to one of their premier services, an up front fee, forwarding fee or something. The fee would cover extraneous collection costs, litigation fees as well as anything else. I signed up for a contract and sent 3 invoices and the appropriate documents with them. Things seem to be going successful, however I will make an update when everything is said and done.

Rumson, Bolling & Associates helped me get back at a previous customer. I’m a project manager/owner of a construction company, we do construction from scratch, home re-modeling, etc. This customer in particular was a close family friend’s friend, so I gave them a heavy discount, and expedited the work for them, I basically let them run all over me and my employees. When they got the bill, they tried to haggle an even lower price, when I put my foot down and showed them how much of a discount I gave them already, they then claimed that we did not do everything on the invoice and then said we did fraudulent work and they refused to pay. I understand many people have fallen under hard times but this incident not only hurt my pocket book, but it hurt me emotionally as well. Looking into my options I thought a collection agency might be a little drastic, but I soon came to realize it probably would be the only way for me to get paid. I started calling around, looking into different collection agencies and I found RBA. They seemed tough and aggressive, yet law abiding so I went with the company. They eventually got my previous customer to pay. I had a bad experience and RBA helped turn it around to make it not so grim. Paul Boulski

I recently used Rumson, Bolling & Associates to find a previous customer of mine who fell off the face of the earth. He owed me a rather large sum of money and I could not find him anywhere. I looked online and found R.B.A. I told them my situation and sent them the invoice I had, and they got to work. I received a phone call about 5 business days later saying "they had found him and were pursuing my debt." At this point I was almost screaming with joy. About a week and a half later they had collected on him. At first he was ignoring their calls, and then I guess they were about to send his information to credit report companies and he caved. R.B.A. took their commission which was rather low considering the balance, and then we parted our ways. The whole experience left me with a smile on my face, and these guys are definitely the good guys in the collections business. 5/5 rating.

Hi there all you people of the web, my name is John and I do financial services for various individuals and companies. I do everything from taxes, accounting work, and even some consulting work. Within the past six months I have had a couple incidences where previous clients of mine skipped their invoices. This is a rare occurrence for me, and I wasn’t sure exactly what to do. I asked a few of my clients, and friends if anyone knew of a solid company that would just deal with this mess at a reasonable cost. I was referred to Rumson, Bolling & Associates and it was just what I needed. Rumson, Bolling & Associates were persistent on getting a hold of my debtors and collecting on them. In one case we did have to go to court and litigate matters but Rumson, Bolling & Associates had their own lawyers and made the law suit hassle free. R.B.A. was everything I was hoping for in a collection services, hopefully I do not have to ever use a collection agency again but should I ever have to Rumson, Bolling & Associates is where I will turn.

This is a review of services my company recently received from Rumson, Bolling & Associates. We recently inquired them for collecting on some of our past due accounts. Me and my wife have a small courier service company and as of late things have came almost to a halt. Through the years we have had quite a few number of accounts that have been unpaid for. We looked around at various collection agencies, some we were skeptical to use because of different said about them online and others because of how the staff talked to us when we inquired about services. We then came across Rumson, Bolling & Associates. When we talked to their staff they seemed genuinely concerned about our situation and were more than willing to help. With what little capital we had left we decided to trust them and we spent $3,500 on 10 accounts to be collected on. Two of those accounts they collected on them almost instantly covering well over the $3,500 we had spent. One situation arose where we had to sue our debtors; R.B.A. had their own lawyers so everything happened with ease.Business is still staggering but we are getting by and we may still be in business solely on the fact that Rumson, Bolling & Associates got us money owed. No one likes to use a collection company and we didn’t want to either. However because our current circumstances we did, and we are so glad we picked Rumson, Bolling & Associates.

I feel compelled to write a review on Rumson, Bolling & Associates I work in the medical field, and some patients set up payment plans or their insurance goes bad and we are stuck with the bill. We have used various collection agencies for worker's compensation and normal personal injury cases for ages now. The one we were using for personal injuries just was not cutting it. We decided to give Rumson, Bolling & Associates a shot and it was one of the best decisions our office has made in the past year. They were completely on top of our collections, and they seemed to find patients that we're less real than big foot. Initially when we first started with them we used their premier type contract where we payed 3,500 up front for 10 cases. With that being said the 3,500 was used for collections, sending credit reports out to lower their credit score and even the court fee costs. Which is extremely good cost especially since now days it seems like almost everything that happens is sent to court. We now have a more creative contract since we have sent over more accounts but that initial deal we had with R.B.A. left a very good feeling with us. Each time we had to contact our representative on the account they always treated us with care, and did not leave us in the dark about what was going on with our money. Rumson, Bolling & Associates is a very stand up company in the collections world and I highly suggest anyone looking for a collection agency to give them a look.
