This website is the worst !They will lie to you and heres the stuff, you loose DSL connection at least once per day. You pay $24.95 a month plus $4.95 a month for a router box and you are supposed to get 208kbps upload speed and 550kbps download speed. WHAT YOU GET IS upload 181kbps and download 219kbps. They're tech support will constantly tell you it's your pc or your phone connection or some other s&*!. My lines have been tested by the phone company 4 times, it's not the phone line. My PC has been tested & runs like a scaled ape on MSN.com. NOW FOR THE REAL STINGER, you have to allow them to get paid through your credit card, and when you tell them to cancel your service they just don't so they can keep collection payment from your credit card. You have to file a dispute with your credit card company(they can get u up to 3 months of charges returned & block them from charging your credit card again). Next, file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in Utah and the state you live in. Be specific about all the problems you've had with your provider, include the ads that drew you into their service and a copy of their "terms of service policy". Some attorney generals offices have the form available for print out online. Utah does not, you have to contact them via email or postal service to get the form.ISp.com is a very unreputible company with the moral character of a snake (sorry snakes). ISP.com - $8.95 regular dial-up access, $12.95 high speed dial-up access.
