IBM ThinkPad X Series 5

About as good as it gets. Lot's of power, very light, and encased in an titanium shell for durability. This laptop even has the cool feature of a softly illuminated keyboard for those times when you're working in a dimly light environment such as an airplane. A bit too pricey for me though, basic models run over 2 G's.
