Longest tenured coach in football having started in 94 with the then Houston Oilers. There are only two coaches in all of sports right now who have been with the same team for longer. He has been a consistent winner and in recent years has turned a young team around. He is known as a players coach, firm demeanor and fair.

I've always felt Fish was underrated and overlooked. . .can't stand the Neck-Car hick look but the man can coach a defense. . .always seems to get good performances out of his players. . .solid W-L record and a decent game-day coach. ..

Good Defense. I think to rid himself of blame, he fired Norm Chow his offensive coordinator. Now the question is he brings on as his new offensive coordinator.

Jeff Fisher is a very good coach. He has had a very solid winning record during his tenure in Tennessee, including a near Super Bowl win. He managed the team during some difficult times as they transitioned from Houston to Tennessee, and they struggled during those points. However, he had a very good stretch once the Titans settled into their current location. Although they have struggled recently, I think he has them back on the right track again.

Bad team this year doesn't undo years of hard work and success.

Knock Fisher down and he brushes himself off and comes back with a vengence. He is one of the reasons Im a Titans fan. During the transition from Houston to Nashville he maintained a 500 record though his team was playing for tiny crowds, his first season in the new venue with the new look and name, he went to a superbowl. In the new facilities when they didn't have tapes of upcoming opponents he had a local sports bar tape the game his opponent was playing. He is talented, intellegent, and a great communicator and leader.

Excellent coach in the likeness of Marty Schotenheimer. Fisher is a terrific defensive minded coach. Although he is heading into a season with alot of his favorite faces gone, he can and probably will manage to lead his team very well. The Titans probably won't have the talent to go far this year, but the building blocks for future seasons are already being built.

He has fallen and cannot get back up.

Excellent coach. The true measure of a successful coach in the NFL is the ability to adapt. Fisher is always prepared for any situation no matter how remote the possibility. I would put him in charge of my franchise in a heartbeat.

One of the most under appreciated coaches in the NFL. Excellent talent evaluation. Let Eddie George go, avoiding paying him big money and Chris Brown looks like the real deal. Took risk with McNair and the franchise is set at qb for the next decade. Always has team in contention with defensive schemes that match its talent.
