A great young coach. He was able to take a young Orlando team with borderline NBA talent and take them to one three pointer shy of the playoffs. Even more impressive, he was able to inspire his players to play at a frenetic pace for an 82 game season. Rivers' real test will be in trying to inspire players who have been legitimate superstars (e.g. Hill, McGrady) to play the same style of hustling, team ball that his band of no-names played for him last year.
