I have been buying i560 replacements from provenblue for about a year. I am doing this to let all my Nextel contracts expire. Bought about 10 in total so far. They have all worked great and the prices are very competitive. The free delivery comes via the post office and is a little slow. I've had to pay extra for fast delivery when I needed it. Overall they are reliable and they seem to know their stuff. I callled in to do a couple orders and they have live people answering the phones.

I ordered two phones from Provenblue.com for a reasonable price. I took advantage of the free ground shipping. I was very excited to be getting such a great deal. I logged into my provenblue account the next day and it said my order was shipped.

Unfortunately after still not receiving my phones after a 9 day wait, I decided to log back into my account on provenblue only this time my order didn't even show up. I paid with PayPal so I checked my account and noticed that two days prior my money was refunded. Apparently they didn't have either of the two phones in stock but it took them 7 days to even let my know and refund my money. I was supposed to already have the phones in my hand by this time!

Now I have to order another phone since its been almost 2 weeks with no cell phone. If I'd known it would be this difficult to get a phone on the Internet I would have just spent the extra $50 and got a brand new phone at the cell phone store.

I was very disappointed with Provenblue expecially since they waited so long to cancel my order and didn't offer me a special deal (like maybe send another phone via overnight or 2-day shipping) for all my trouble. I won't be using them again, nor do I recommend them.
