The Dawgs turned heads and made heads roll. OSU went between the hedges and entered the SEC and got embarrassed by the young but aggressive Georgia Bulldogs. though young the Dawgs show great promise for a hell of a season Watch out them Dawgs are no joke!

Wow, lots of stupid people with internet access. Four top 10 finishes and five seasons with 9 wins or more so far this decade is pretty darn good.

If anyone needs to be fired is Defensive Coordinator Willie Martinez. His secondary and linebackers look like they didn't want to be at the game tonight (Sugar Bowl). They made the West Virginia offense look like the Indianapolis Colts. The whole entire defense out to be ashamed and embarrassed for their performance out there tonight. Oh and Georgia needs to get a defensive coach that will keep his players motivated regardless of the situation.

UGA is one of the best football programs to be at and this yr UGA will win the SEC east and the SEC title.
RhodesScholar 08/22/2005
Only 3 schools have won more than UGA this century. With top notch facilities and a loyal fan base, Mark Richt is doing a great job with this grand old program.

#4 in winning percentage in the 2000's says all you need to know. One of the top 12 programs of all time by college football data warehouse.

Hey hungrymonster, unfortunately your favorite for the championship had to play a decent team last week...Can you say OUCH!!! and just wait until next year? Go USC Trojans the real deal and working on back to back championships!

Everyone's favorite to win the championship. Why should that be any surprise? They'll do amazing this year.

UGA's return to Glory is a bitter pill for the rockpetters (and their ilk) to swallow.

In the last 3 years, UGA is second only to Miami in quality wins (19) to (21) and no one has more quality wins away from home than UGA (12). That speaks for itself. UGA's strong once against despite the number of rival schools that practically sit on its border.

Class program goes a long ways to freshening up the odor of the basketball program.

This team was absolutely awesome last year. Especially towards the end of the season. They were a definite powerhouse. I don't think they would have had any trouble beating Ohio State or Miami in a championship game last year if they played the kind of game they were capable of. The spanking they gave Arkansas in the SEC championship game was almost too embarrassing to watch. I've never really been a Georgia fan, but their talent last season can't be ignored.

Go DOGS! As a UGA Alumn and a fan of Richt, UGA deserves a 5!
zuchinibut 12/10/2002
With Florida looking shabby after Spurrier leaves, Georgia looks like they may be the up and comers to take care of the SEC for awhile.
