dull uniforms, dull team. the program is currently nowhere near the level of say, michigan's. it might have been a few years back, but no longer. along with northwestern, they are the whipping boys of the big ten

Strong, traditional football program. Nice jerseys and good fans. Also good coaching staff and overall best football program in the country.

As long as the program holds on to a coach like Paterno Penn State will continue to be strong. He's the ultimate recruiting tool. Even though they have gotten off to a poor start this year look for JoPa to turn things around. He knows he has to hand off a strong team to protect his legacy and he will do just that -- winning at least 1 more championship before he retires.

Wow - what happened to this program? Losing 24-6 to Toledo at home? What a disappointing start to the season. And the way that College Football is structured, their season might as well be over at 0-2. I know that I won't watch another Nittany Lions game this year...
