anyone who does not have detmer in their top 10 knows nothing about football or is 15 or 16 yrs. old

Made a bad BYU team pretty damn good. He threw the ball tons and was very accurate, he would have been better on a miami or florida st. His numbers really were phenomenal especially his junior season.

The thing I remember most about his collegiate career was the bowl game where Texas A&M dislocted both of his shoulders. It was a blowout win for the Aggies. The Ags were the only real competition Detmer faced that year and he crumbled...literally!
