Interception Pete Giftopolous! I love the sound of that! I don't think Vinny ever got over that.

When he was in college, he managed to keep defeating OU. That alone made him a hero to me.

I think Vinny was a very good player on less than average teams...Everyone always expected too much of him and I think those expectations reflected in his lackluster carer.

Vinny was a great college QB. He put up some pretty unbelievable numbers at Miami and still holds numerous passing record, an amazing accomplishment given the great success of some of their QBs. However, whenever I think of Testaverde as the Miami QB, I think of his interceptions against Penn State which cost the Hurricanes the national championship.
