I am a browns fan  from 1986-87 season. I remember back in the day when bernie was our QB  with frank minniefield/ hanford dixon/ kevin mack/ reggie langhorn/ ozzie newsome. Man those were the days when we  were one of the best teams in the NFL. To the poster  below me yeah the browns have won  alot of championships.. but that was pre NFL day's also  the Browns are the only team in history to ever win a championship on a perfect season. Sadly no one  appreciates such accomplishments from a franchise such as us. One day we wil be back there and i will proudly  wear my  Browns gear till my grave..

I have been a browns fan since i was born in 1989, my dad has been a browns faithful since the 1960's and i couldnt be more proud to say that im a browns fan. thats one of the major diffrences between the browns and other teams the fans. no matter how bad they r that year ya we may bitch and complain but we will never be ashamed to be a browns fan. the browns have a proud history in the nfl being one of the origonal nfl teams. they are also the winningest team in nfl history. when they came back they had poor player and coaches. but now in 07, they have many many great players that are youg and some vetrains.alot of new blood was picked up in the draft and promise to be one of the better teams for the next 5 or so years. with players like lewis, bohden, anderson, cribbs, winslow, edwards, thomas, dawson, miginst, robear they will be a great team for years to come, hopefully they will make it deep into the playoffs this year. go browns!

I gave them a 1 rating 8 years ago, but now they're definitely improving.

Its just a shame to see them play.

Sometimes its hard to be a fan of a team that finds new ways to lose a locked up game, unable to make any adjustments during the game. But this is my hometown, and we must represent. We defend our turf against all who enter our domain. Intimidate all with spirit and support no matter what the scoreboard says. We shall win it all someday and I will be there through thick and thin!

Holy crap any coach who had a CHOICE about choosing between Kelly Holcomb and Tim Couch would probably beg to be demoted to water boy. This team has never been good, and even sucked when they luckily made the playoffs. There is no talent anywhere on this franchise, and they are actually worse than their 3-5 record, if that is possible. You could replace the coach, the stadium, and all the players, but they still would be one of the worst teams in the league just because they are the Browns. They should relocate to Mexico City and change their name to the Seniorita's.

I hate the Cleveland Browns. I have always hated the Browns. I always will hate the Cleveland Browns. Every week I root for the team that they play.Browns suck. Browns suck. The Steelers will always be # 1.

Average to below-average every single year. It makes no difference if it's Couch or Holcomb at qb; if you can't run the ball, you can't win football games. Their recievers are not good enough to carry them no matter who the qb is. Another losing season coming right up, Browns fan.

I"m giving them a high rating for purely sentimental reasons First, they used to have Jim Brown on the team, and he was exciting to watch. Second, they're the only team without an insignia on their helmets.

Another case where 1/2 a star is needed. Better than bad, but not ok. The team has some playmakers on the team, but none of them are consistant. It did alot for the team to make the playoffs, but can they beat the Steelers and the Ravens in 2003? They may not, and probably won't.

Carmen Policy is a cheater. Butch Davis lied to his Miami players. Top draft picks don't perform. QB controversy. the fans cheer when Tim Couch gets hurt. The fans throw bottles on the field. And now they're $25 million over the cap and have to release their star players. One wonders if they'll ever get it right.

Not worth a 5, but they deserve to be farther up than 31st.

I love the Browns. The team I grew up with, I was saddened when they moved out in 1996, but they came back, and we are back on the right track.

I have to give an extra star for the Dawg fans - very charismatic but any team from Ohio is not an asset to the NFL.

They've had a lot of problems but they will be back and a team to watch.
