Bob Huggins is a GREAT coach. if we still had him we'd be talking about a national championship (with Beasley, Mayo and Walker along with every great player in the country who would want to be on the same team as those 3). instead we had another terrible season and didnt make any postseason and theres even a 3rd tourny this year. my school's president is a dumbass.

Coach Thuggins or Thuggy Bear is what is wrong with College Basketball. He exploits players as athletes and doesnt give a crap about their academics. Thuggins recruits bad kids and will do what he can to keep them eligible and bail them out of jail. He doesnt apologize for it either. Thug , criminal players and he hasnt even won a National Title and only once been to a Final Four, yet has had talent - Van Excel, Kenyon Martin, Danny Fortson, Reuben Patterson. Still the kids are bad and so is he.

Hugg Man will get the Purple to the sweet 16 inside of 4 years. Cincy made a big mistake letting him get away. Look for Huggs to get every decent juco player in the region along with his share of the 4 year guys. He may - or may not - be able to get Mayo and his buddy from Cincy next year (Mayo may go pro). And one other thing great about Huggs - he does not believe that Oswald acted alone (ask him).

Hey Wavebacker..do your homework!! Two final four appearances and with Kenyon a national title probability. Does Boeheim suck because it took almost 30 years? As for graduation rates, that is a bad rap. Don't believe that stuff. Seventh winningest coach (active) but he sucks? He has nothing to apologize for by the way. His kids play hard, they love him and he has not the greatest university to recruit to. How many players are in the NBA? And exactly what would they do with a degree? College is to get you ready for a career and a productive life. Kenyon didn't graduate, signed a 95 million dollar contract, and he needs a degree in elementary education? For what exactly? I am guessing you are a Kentucky fan. They seem to hate Bob the most. For what reason I don't know. Does Bob have issues? Yes, and so do you and so do I...

This program reminds of the Florida State football program. CROOKED AS HELL. I really think that Huggins will lose his job permanently once they really start looking for all his skeletons. Paying off recruits, drugs, It's all there waiting to be discovered.

I like the fierceness with which his team plays, but the Bearcats never seem to do anything come tournament time. And in college basketball, there is no other measuring stick.
