 | SZinHonshu (44) 02/09/2006 | Having a rough season but this guy has a well-oiled system in place that cranks out contenders. He recruits kids to fit his method/approach and his Wildcats are commonly nationally ranked and among the top two teams in the Pac 10.

 | Westerner (0) 02/25/2005 | The man just tied John Wooden's Pac 10 win record. He's taken his team to five Final Fours (once at Iowa Stae and four times at Arizona.) Nine Sweet 16 appearances in 15 years. He has the longest current NCAA tournament appearance streak among active coaches. He is among the top three in win percentages of all time. Look up his stats people. You can find them at the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame website. Buh Bye...

 | jknoble (0) 01/20/2005 | Good coach, but questionable program has abysmal graduation rate. Student athletes need not apply.

 | Wavebacker (25) 01/01/2005 | Great coach. Made Arizona a National Power. Arizona wins, recruits the best players and cranks out pros. He's won a National championship yet has problems in the NCAA's. Still, this is a big time BBall prorgam and Olson is a major coach.

 | spags19 (0) 04/13/2004 | I would take Olson over any coach,he's never too hard or soft on his players and that allows his players to play with confidence, clearly a class act and obviously a Hall of Famer.

 | dmm9 (0) 10/21/2003 | Amazing run at Arizona, and has gotten passed the choking problem. Averaging 2.6 wins the past 10 tournies, including 3 FF ('94, '97 and '01).

 | BassHawg (0) 02/27/2003 | he's proven he can win with talent, and without it. His class and character are what set him apart.

 | megastar (0) 01/19/2003 | Please! This man is the coach of the #1 team in the Nation, the man knows how to recruit...he knows talent when he sees it.

 | magellan (153) 06/20/2000 | He has had an unbelievable run over the years, albeit in the weak PAC 10. However, for some reason I can't get past thinking of him as a choker. His very talented teams lose in inordinate amount of games early in March. Sure they won it all in 96-97 - but you have to look at that as a fluke compared to their more typical peformance of losing in March to a small school with half their talent.

 | bsid7517om (0) 06/19/2000 | How are you going to deny one of the greatest college basketball coaches in the history of the NCAA. This man achieves greatness when the odds are stacked up against him. Take the 96-97 season for example. Everyone said "Oh they'll be great next year! Look for them next year!" And what happened? NCAA Champs! (that year)
