Do not rent from this local New England Comapny. They are very unfriendly.
After accepting car back from rental and noting no damage,they will call and claim you damaged the car5 This was then followed by written letter to pay damages for water in the engine for allegedly diving through water. When we refused to pay for some thing we were not reponsible they took us to a small claiims court now increasing the dollar value by $ 350 from about $295.

We decided to fight out in the court after they offered to waive $300 from a total of $595 during mediation process . We declined th generous offerand wnt before the judge who dismissd the case against you. AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. BUYER BE AWARE. sHAME YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS.
