One of the Top 5 all-time great programs in the nation. 5 national titles, 1940, 1953, 1976, 1981, and 1987. You can't attribute this to luck or a single great team or run. The state of Indiana consistently pumps out great basketball players and consistently has competitive teams. Also, UK fans, take note of our clean history. Unlike you guys, we haven't had enormous payoff scandals in three decades (and counting). We've fallen on hard times lately, but I have faith that Sampson will lead us back to the promised land.

UK fans can take note that their team is nothing compared to their past seasons. Now, this year's IU squad has good aspirations to get to the tournament and make a statement. Its a tradition that deserves a rebirth, though final four appearance might not happen, anything elite 8 would be amazing. Again, Wildcat fanatics, stop abusing the state north of you, read a book or chew on some bluegrass.

04-05 was a bit of a bust, but that's to be expected with a team as young as IU was. I see a lot of good things in the future, with all four of this year's freshmen returning, the addition of Marco Killingsworth, and the fact that Mike Davis is under real pressure from the administration. You'll see that pressure come out in some hopefully great coaching and that will lead to wins. Indianapolis in April '06?

Hoosiers..what a joke. They couldn't rob a blind man. In fact the whole state sucks. They will never win the title EVER again. They'll cry every year UK wins the title cuz their soo jealous.

IU simply hasn't been the same since Coach Knight left several years ago. Davis brought them to the title game a couple of years ago, but it looks like they'll be in for a few losing seasons before things get better. I probably should give them three, or even four stars, for tradition alone, but things are just looking too bleak in Bloomington right now.

I personally don't hate the hoosiers since Bobby Knight left town. I still hate their fans because they are a bunch of crackheads. Anybody who revolves their life around a college basketball team should be shot. Most IU fans fit into this category.

As long as Davis is coach.IU will not be a top team

Average team.....overrated. But, aren't most of the teams from The Big Ten??

The IU administration should be ashamed of itself for allowing Bobby Knight to continue as coach. He is a complete asshole and any parent who would send their son to play for him should have their head examined.
