Coach Buzz has done a tremendous job and should be locked up with a longterm contract.

Jeff has done a great job motivating and preparing his players to win. His track record of being a part of winning teams is tremendous, going back to Northwestern. His last head coaching job was at UMBC where he, in 2 years, took them from perhps the worst team in the NCAA to a top 120 team. His run to bebuild was curt short as he went to the nBA to work with the Bullets. When he is given the chance to stay with a this Nugs team he will continue to win. I hope that management sees that because it would be a shame for him to bring his winning track record to another city.
