It's an acquired taste, but I dig a well made Michelada or Cubanita. Once you've been in Mexico for a while, you start to crave hot sauce with everything - even your beer. I like making my Micheladas with Sol, because it's the lightest, and the flavor (or lack thereof) doesn't clash with the salsa and lime juice. Like a margarita, a good michelada is usually served with salt on the rim of the glass.
