I really enjoyed this audio book due to all the interaction between characters. The characters are interesting and are involved among themselves. The book keeps you in suspense and it is part of a continuing series that makes you want to learn more about the characters and their episodes. JD Robb is an excellent author.

An avid Eve and Roarke fan, this book was one of the best in the series for me. Eve was more "wifely" in this book than in some of the past books. In each book, she evolves a little more into a caring, feeling person...sometimes against her will. She fights friendship but embraces it more and more with each book. For me, it's what keeps me coming back for more. To see just how and what comes next. Rock on Nora!

I was so disappointed in the last J.D. Robb even though I would buy it anyway because I love Eve and Roark and their friends and even adversaries sometimes (well they are scary and interesting). I only love friends though. This was more interesting, more personal and more meaningful to me than the one before and I cannot remember it's title!

Excellent each book gets better and better I have read this series from the beginning and how she has matured them and showed how their relationships all come together with one another.....I love the series..can't wait for the next one.....
