I've visited this place approximately a dozen times over the past few years, and about four times in the past month. While I'm happy to be able to purchase locally instead of purchasing online and paying for shipping and handling, I have to prepare myself each time I pull into the parking lot. There's almost always someone, including employees, standing or sitting outside the main entrance. Once inside, the service reeeeeally sucks. You get what you wanted, but the service just sucks! Not everyone smiles, not everyone knows the prices, etc. They're simply far too relaxed and unprofessional. I could say more, but I'll limit it to the condition of the hundreds of containers of bulk fragrance oils they stock: all of the containers are dirty, oily and cruddy. All of them! It seems the least they could do is wipe the containers clean after each use so dust and debris doesn't settle and turn black. Simply awful. SO, WHY DO I VISIT? Simply because it's the closest business to me where I can purchase the plastic and glass bottles and jars I use for my products. Good luck!
